Enrolment to International Exchanges 2011

This summer, for the eleventh consecutive year, the Catalan Foundation for Cerebral Palsy organises the International Exchanges for people with cerebral palsy and without disability.
The objective of these exchanges is to work for equal rights and move towards normalization of life for people with cerebral palsy and related disabilities from the mutual understanding and full social acceptance, coexisting through 24 hours a day and using adapted sports as a universal language of communication.
To achieve this, participants with cerebral palsy and participants without disabilities, different backgrounds and very different social realities, share spaces and activities full time for ten days, without distinction of any kind between the participants.
At the same time, the international character of the meeting will provide the incentive to get in touch with people from different cultures, languages ??and different realities, thereby enriching the exchange and communication between different cultures.
Among the activities planned for each Exchange it can be highlighted the practice of various adapted sports like boccia or slalom, workshops, discussion forums and games.
This year there will be two exchanges. The place and date of the exchanges are:
- El Prat de Llobregat, from 29 July to 7 August.
- El Prat de Llobregat, from 8 to 17 August.
The enrolment for participants without disability is FREE.

To participate in any of the Exchanges is necessary to complete the attached application form indicating which of the exchanges you would like to participate and send it signed to our address. c/ Pere Vergés, 1.
